奶酪午餐肉卷

Cheesy Luncheon Meat Roll

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs frozen plain paratha

  • 2 pcs luncheon meat

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • 2 slices tomato

  • 50g Lettuce

  • 1 tsp mayonnaise

  • 1 tsp tomato sauce/chili sauce


Method

  1. Pan-fry 1 frozen paratha until it turns golden brown on both sides. Place the paratha on a flat plate.

  2. Pan-fry the luncheon meat until it turns golden brown on both sides. Set aside.

  3. Spread the mayonnaise on the paratha evenly.

  4. Place a piece of cooked luncheon meat in the middle of the Paratha. Lay a piece of lettuce, tomato slice, and cheddar cheese slice. Add tomato sauce or chili sauce to taste.

  5. Roll paratha with the sausage and fillings together into a wrap. Use a toothpick to hold the wrap together.

  6. Use the same method for the rest of the ingredients.


Notes:

Substitute Swiss, Havarti or mozzarella for Cheddar cheese, and sausage for the luncheon meat if desired.

材料


2片 冷藏薄饼

2条午餐肉

2片Cheddar奶酪

2片番茄

50克生菜

1茶匙美乃滋酱

1茶匙番茄酱或辣椒酱


做法


  1. 将1片冷冻印度薄饼煎至两面呈金黄色。盛入平盘内。

  2. 将午餐肉煎至两面呈金黄色。搁置。

  3. 将美乃滋酱均匀地撒在印度薄饼上。

  4. 在印度薄饼上的中间放一块煮熟的午餐肉。放一片生菜,番茄片和Cheddar奶酪片。加入番茄酱或辣椒酱调味。

  5. 将薄饼连同午餐肉及馅料一起卷成卷饼。然后用上牙签固定卷饼即可。

  6. 其余成分使用相同的方法。

笔记:

如果需要,可以用瑞士奶酪,哈瓦蒂奶酪或无盐奶酪代替奶酪片,用香肠代替午餐肉。

午餐肉煎蛋卷

Luncheon Meat Omelette Roll-ups


Ingredients

  • 2 pcs eggs, pinch salt and pepper

  • 2 tbs butter, divided

  • 2 slices cheddar cheese

  • 100g luncheon meat

Method

  1. Pan-fry the luncheon meat until it turn golden brown (crispy) on both sides. Set aside.

  2. Whisk together eggs, 2 tsp (10 ml) water, salt, and pepper.

  3. Heat half of the butter in a nonstick skillet set over medium heat, pour in half of the egg mixture, swirling to coat bottom of the pan.

  4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until eggs begins to set. Flip over and top. Transfer the omelette to a flat plate.

  5. Place the cooked luncheon meat and cheddar cheese slice on the omelette and roll it up.

Notes:

Substitute Swiss, Havarti or mozzarella for Cheddar cheese, and turkey ham or chicken slices for the luncheon meat if desired.

香蕉巧克力泡芙

Banana Chocolate Puff

Ingredients

  • 2 pcs frozen plain paratha

  • 2 pcs banana, sliced

  • 30g chocolate spread (Nutella)

  • 1 egg beaten


Method

  1. In a bowl, mix the banana slices with the chocolates spread until evenly coated.

  2. To prepare paratha puff, thaw paratha thoroughly. Set aside.

  3. Cut paratha into half. Place the banana chocolate mixture and fold paratha into half.

  4. Seal the edges by pressing lightly with a fork.

  5. Lightly brush the surface of paratha with the beaten egg.

  6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C for 10 - 15 minutes until the paratha is golden brown and puffs up.


材料
